Cook the potato cubes for a couple of minutes in salted water. Mix the potato cubes with the paprika, olive oil, spring onion, coriander, mint and lemon juice. Then carefully mix the feta cheese through the potato couscous. Serve hot or cold.

Janssons Frestelse (Janson’s temptation) with Tresor potato

Fry all ingredients for one minute. Pour in the stock and leave everything to cook until done. Mix with a hand blender to a smooth soup. Pour the soup into glasses. Serve with matchsticks and anchovies. Garnish with dill.

Tomato and shrimp sushi with Charlotte

Mix all the ingredients into the boiled potatoes. Make 12 elongated balls of the potato mixture. Place a piece of tomato on each ball. Garnish with a few grey shrimps.
